Refund Policy

At High Tidy Cleaners, we take pride in delivering reliable, detailed, and professional service. Because our work is service-based and completed on-site, all sales are considered final.

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours of the completed job. We will:

  • Review the concern promptly

  • Offer a touch-up or re-cleaning of the area at no additional charge, if appropriate

  • Determine on a case-by-case basis whether a partial refund is warranted

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Missed appointments or cancellations without proper notice

  • Dissatisfaction resulting from circumstances outside our control (e.g., property condition, withheld access, pre-existing damage)
